My name is David and I am a qualified, BACP registered therapist, offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore whatever is causing you difficulty right now.
We all experience times in our lives when things seem overwhelming. Working with a therapist can be an effective way of discovering strengths and resources you already possess, to achieve a recovery that works for you.
We work together in 50-minute, weekly sessions over Zoom. I bring my experience as a therapist, using CBT and humanistic counselling, while you bring your lifetime of expertise on yourself. As our relationship grows, we explore ways of living a more fulfilling life and work towards the goals we agree upon in our first session.
